How much longer do I have to wait?
How much more do we negotiate?
Our lives together is now in the past,
When will you pay me out at last?
We had so many things and time together,
I really don’t want to ruffle your feather.
But my life is much tougher for me now,
Having to pay for a place for my pillow.
You lie, cheat, and cost me thousands,
Taking you to court for my share and,
You live in the house we used to share,
Free of charge, that simply isn’t fair!
Because of your lying and cheating ways
It’s value has halved and so will my pay.
You tell others that it all belongs to you,
And not to tell me what you’re up to.
The horse has long bolted out the gate,
With you I will no longer re-negotiate.
When will you begin to carry your weight?
How much longer do I have to wait?
